I'm using Ninja Trader with MB Trading for real time data and IQ feed for historical data. Thanks for any help or direction you can provide.

I'm looking for a trading platform which lets me filter custom indicator events on 30 minute intraday bars in real time.
Example:
cci(14) < -100 (on a 30 minute bar)
It should also be able to filter on a mix of daily and 30 minute bar events
Example:
lrs(30) > 0 (on a daily bar)
cci(14) < -100 (on a 30 minute bar)
The above are only examples and are not recommended filters.
Unfortunately none of my online searches was successful in finding relevant information on software capabilities.
It surprises me that so many companies lack the foresight to fully explain their software capabilities in specific detail. Instead they use phrases like “real time scanning”, “custom indicators” ect. It is a competitive world no and the time for ambiguous phrases in marketing is past.
Does anyone know of software that can do this?

I know Wealth Lab will but you need to be able to program in C# to realy get what you want....
You can scan in real time with a data set you set up........ not the entire market
It downloads the data to your pc and your pc dose the calcs.....
I was trying simple ma10 ma 30 cross on a 5min chart with 100 stocks...... it would lock up from time to time...
It is not ment for teal time day trading.... but I think it can be done........ with the right equipment.
You can fully auto trade and back test on on any time frame 1min to weekly...
Trade Station will do all this also....... and my be a better platform

Thanks Eman93
I just bought "amibroker". It does not let you trade from there, but it has a powerful programming language, which lets you combine indicators on various bars from different bar time settings. It is a charting program only, but allows filters, alerts and indicator scanning with a mix of bars from various time zones. It requires its own real time data feed and seems very reasonably priced.
I'll let you know my experiences with it once I have some.
Thanks Dee

TRO,
What were your opening prices on your charts for AAPL and RIMM today? And, What data feed are you using? I'm still having a problem matching up my charts with the right opening price.
Thanks,
