One should always consider buying ETFs right under whole numbers.
For instance, when XIV dips under 78 or 79. Price seems to like to pull back to about the 78.70s to 78.80s, just as an example.

Most everything on this flat plane is planned. Watch as both TVIX & DRIP
both tumble. How do I know? I just do. Riding TVIX down the tubes to about 10-11 in about a month.
Then guess what? I'm shorting GUSH. Happy trading.
