Awesome, tweaked strategy since I found uwtif is still around.

I thought Uco but didn't seem right, but maybe.
So to anyone out here, how would you set up this strategy. I know Uso will go to 100, I also want to play
the gaps up as a counter play. Would I stay long Uwtif, and counter with Dno long, or would I stay long Uso and counter with either dwtif long or uwtif short, and at what ratio. Right now I'm going
70% Uwtif long and shorting using Dno long 30% as a counter play when it gaps up.
I think this will make a lot of money so want to get it right. Do believe uwtif could go to
500 before splits.

Or maybe I'll play the down gaps with Uso. So many options.

Trading around a core with UWTIF, 100k.
Not sure if it will take 4 years or 8 years til this hits 500 to turn this into 2-3 million.

Find a beaten down sector and trade it long term buying gap downs. Pay yourself a small
monthly dividend in case you are wrong.

FAS 03/2009 1.61. FAS 01/2017 43.00. 26 times gain.
Just in case you have any doubt.

I will endure 70% drawdowns if need be. That's how sure I am. I am a man.

I was more impressed with GNW - was at around $1 in March of 2009, and went to over $18 within a year. Just insane. Makes me really want a time machine.

Yeah, that would be great, though it being a stock and it would be pot luck trying to pick it.
At least with an ETF that is battered down, you add security, but you knew that already.
In theory it all makes sense, but I'm afraid riding out those drawdowns in practice will be impossible.
And how to maximize the best setups, if you play dips or counter plays.
It's a catch 22. What do you do if the counter play gap never fills? Too many variables.
