Tim sykes does a lot of research on the stocks as far as their reporting and what they are really worth, like managment, whether they come from crappy companies, share dillution, all kinds of stuff like that, then its technical patterns for entries mostly bias to the short side! if a stock has run up 700%, and its at $2.00 and its only worth .22 and the company has bad managment, no cash, a debt load, and a saturated market for their product, then he is going to go short, just a matter of when the chart says to short! (stuff like that)
When he is long, it is usually on the breaks of previous highs, he waits for the breaks over resistance, then buys accordingly!
You can go on his site and wiggle some videos, but he is tight with his stuff, known about him for awhile, but Im stubborn, I thought about checking him out, but its always something to pay for, cell phone, gas, food, Tim! where does it end?
