fyi Filter Text Syntax Match Results
show stocks where the vMA(5) is above the eMA(20) and the eMA(20) is above the eMA(50) and the price is between .01 and 1 and the RSI(2) is below 50 and the close is greater than the open and the volume is above 250000 -->OK 0.00%

that's because it is being treated as a 1liner. which means as long a part of it is coherent you will get a false positive.
the debug is designed for multi lined filter

I've been watching STSA since it was $1.23.
